How to remove your data from Liveatom

What data we hold

When you use the Liveatom Lead Intelligence Platform, we store:

  • Your account profile (name, email address)
  • Organization memberships and role assignments
  • Ad platform connection tokens (Google Ads, Facebook Ads)
  • Synced campaign performance data (spend, clicks, impressions, conversions)
  • Lead data submitted through connected web forms

How to delete your data

Option 1 — Email us directly

Send a deletion request to privacy@liveatom.com from the email address associated with your account. Include "Data Deletion Request" in the subject line. We will process your request within 30 days and send a confirmation once complete.

Option 2 — Through your account

If you have access to your account, sign in and contact your organization owner or administrator, who can remove your membership and data through the admin panel.

What happens when you request deletion

  • Your account and profile are permanently deleted
  • All OAuth tokens for connected ad platforms are revoked and removed
  • Your organization memberships are removed
  • Any data associated solely with your account is deleted

Note: Shared data such as campaign spend records that belong to an organization (not just your account) may be retained for the organization's continued use. Only an organization owner can request full deletion of organizational data.

Revoking Facebook access

If you connected Facebook Ads, you can also revoke our app's access directly from Facebook at any time:

  1. Go to your Facebook account Settings
  2. Click Security and LoginApps and Websites
  3. Find Liveatom and click Remove

Revoking Facebook access removes our ability to sync new data but does not delete data already stored. To delete stored data, use one of the options above.
