Liveatom operates the Lead Intelligence Platform at leads.liveatom.com. We provide marketing analytics and lead management tools for agencies and their clients.

2. Information we collect

We collect:

• Account information (name, email address, password)
• Organization and membership information
• Ad platform data you connect (Google Ads, Facebook Ads) — campaign names, spend, clicks, impressions, and conversions
• Lead data submitted through connected web forms
• Usage data such as pages visited and actions taken within the platform

3. How we use your information

We use your data to:

• Provide and operate the platform
• Sync and display advertising performance data from connected platforms
• Send transactional emails (account setup, access notifications)
• Improve and develop new features

We do not sell your data to third parties.

4. Data from connected ad platforms

When you connect Google Ads or Facebook Ads, we access only the data necessary to display campaign performance metrics. We store OAuth tokens securely and use them solely to retrieve data on your behalf. We do not modify your ad campaigns.

5. Data retention

We retain your data for as long as your account is active. You may request deletion of your data at any time. See our Data Deletion page for instructions.

6. Security

We use industry-standard encryption in transit (TLS) and at rest. Access tokens for connected ad platforms are stored encrypted in our database.
