By accessing or using the Liveatom Lead Intelligence Platform, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.

2. Use of the platform

You may use the platform only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these terms. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.

3. Connected services

The platform integrates with third-party ad platforms (Google Ads, Facebook Ads). By connecting these services you authorize us to access data from those platforms on your behalf. You remain responsible for complying with those platforms' own terms of service.

4. Data ownership

You retain ownership of all data you bring into the platform. We do not claim any intellectual property rights over your data. You grant us a limited license to store and process your data solely to provide the service.

5. Prohibited conduct

You may not:

• Use the platform to store or transmit illegal content
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other accounts or systems
• Reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code from the platform
• Resell or sublicense access without prior written consent

6. Service availability

We aim to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may modify or discontinue features with reasonable notice.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Liveatom is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform.

8. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the platform after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
